Learnt a new phrase.........

Just to share with you a phrase that i have learnt today.

When you want to refer to someone who has only recently started
a job or activity, you can say that he or she is a "Johnny-come-lately"
or "new kid in town"

Eg:
i) He's just Johnny-come-lately, but he's eager
ii) This new kid in town does not know what it is like to be with the boss.
