Contagious - a big word.......
While i was reading my sis, TY the great's blog, i came across
a very big word "CONTAGIOUS" (maybe it's not a big word for you,
hahahhahaha!!!!!) So, being a very diligent people... (praising myself,
heheheheh!!!!!) i quickly searched through the Cambridge Dictionaries
online........ oooh found it!!!!!
1) describes a disease that can be caught by touching someone with
the disease or a piece of infected clothing.
eg: The infection is highly contagious, so don't let anyone else use your towel.
2) describes someone who has a contagious disease.
eg: Keep him off school till he stops being contagious.
3) A contagious feeling spreads quickly among people.
eg: Fear is contagious
