I'm back to do cooking at Jill's house....... we will have to prepare the meals for Tuesday's lunch.....
There are 2 Korean who help out as well, they are Jin & DJ....
Normally we will need to prepare 2 kind of soups (vege soup & chicken soup),
home made bread& home made biscuit.
After cooking, we will have a cup of English tea and some home made biscuit......
and of course chit chat session while we are having tea.......

Share with you one the recipes from Jill...
1) Lemon Biscuit
Ingredients:
100gm / 4 ounces of margarine
100gm / 4 ounces of caster sugar
Rind of 1 lemon
1 egg
200gm / 8 ounces of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
a few drops of vanilla essence
a little milk to mix
Method:
a) Cream the sugar and margarine in a large bowl
b) Add the grated lemon rind.
c) Gradually beat in the egg
d) Stir in the flour and baking powder and add a few drops of vanilla essence and
little milk to mix to a firm dough
e) Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into rounds.
f) Bake in a moderately hot oven (350'F / 180'C / Gas mark 4) for about 10 min
g) Cool on a wire rack
