Venue: Hinckley Island Hotel
Children Adopted From China (CACH) is a support group for families
in the United Kingdom who have adopted children from China. An
annual reunion is organised yearly.
This event is traditionally a weekend spent at a major UK hotel.
Entertainments are typically with a Chinese theme, including
workshops on adoption and cultural issues, activities for the
children and a dinner and dance, with a live band, for everyone
on the Saturday evening. A high proportion of the membership
attends, typically 200+ families and it is a good way for both
parents and children to meet up.
BCEC's choir team were invited to lead the 1 hour session on
Sunday morning. I was very nervous as i'm the main lead and
some more need to "speaking" leh!!!!! takut loh!!!!!!! But, thank
God that i manage to do that with wisdom & strength given
by God.
