Boxing day lunch at Happy Gathering

Venue: Happy Gathering Chinese restaurant

We went for shopping on boxing day. At first we thought of skipped lunch as we
had heavy breakfast but we were very hungry by 3pm. So we have decided
to have our lunch + dinner at Happy Gathering Chinese restaurant.
We ordered 2 dishes, "water boiled" beef & fried vege.

we discovered something on the "water boiled" beef. You may refer to
the photo if you want to know what's exactly "floating" on top of the beef.


It was very crowded at shopping complex

The small bowl actually contained the oil taken out
from the water boiled beef...... Yaksssss!!!!!
