Do you know what is Christingle?

It means "Christ light" and Christingles are used to celebrate the light of Jesus
coming into the world at Christmas time.

You can make your own Christingle

Ingredients:
1) One orange
2) One birthday candle in plastic holder
3) Lenght of red ribbon
4) Four cocktail sticks
5) Four raisins or cherries
6) Eight dolly mixture type sweets

Instructions:
1) Put the candle holder into the top of the orange
2) Fix the candle into the candle holder
3) Fix the red ribbon around the orange, secure it with sticky backed plastic
4) Insert the cocktail sticks into the top of the orange, to represent the
4 directions of a compass
5) Put a raisin / cherry and 2 sweets onto each cocktail stick.
