Em... after packing for almost 3 weeks, we have sorted out everything.
I would like to thanks my dear husband for his hard work in ensuring
everthing went into boxes properly. He worked until 1am the night
before the shipping company came to collect the boxes.
I did not help much as i had a course to attend the next morning
and had to sleep early.
We really pray that the boxes and luggage will reach KK after
one month.....

I still waiting for my 2 boxes. It's been nearly 6 months and i still haven't receive it. I spoke to so many persons on this Pal Shipping and they all give me a different answer. It's a nightmare.....

Daniel, we received our luggage and boxes after 3 months (which has been promised). Although the boxes did not arrive with good condition (some boxes already koyak a bit). However, all our things are still in the boxes. I'll ask my husband and see how we can help you. do you have personal email?

i sent a crate through them from manchester in september last year (2009)..its now jan 21st 2010 and it still hasnt arrived!i have made countless phone calls to them and they are always either out to lunch or 'not in the office today'.they are the most incompitent set of people i have ever dealt with..it turns out that my crate has been lost and no-one seems to know where it is!and no-one is willing to take any responsibility for it..they just dont care!i will be taking legal action against them,and will also be notifying my local press(newspapers)when i arrive back in the u.k soon..
Hi everyone!! Daniel, i feel your pain...my box has not arrived and i sent it off in September last year. I suspect the company has become insolvent as their number is no longer in service. Also the man i've been speaking to, he claims to be Encik Awak, keeps telling me that they've contacted Telekom but they refuse to do anything about their phone line. However, when i called Telekom to check on this, they said they've never received a fault report report from Palshipping. This company is seriously dodgy to the max. Even nobody answers the UK lines and they have stopped replying my emails.
Daniel we should combine forces and even cause havoc to this company. Let me know, cheers.

you guys can try to ship with Preferred Shipping. Try to have a look at their webpage - www.preferredtrading.co.uk.
They have a good service and they can give you cheaper price compare to Pal Shipping. Also, you can even rent in the contena by feet. (if you have lots of boxes to be sent). I have sent via them last time.gud luck!
